Natural Laws for Happiness, Health, Success & Prosperity

universallawslg

Natural laws are like electricity. Whether you understand its functions or not, still you receive the benefits of it. Likewise, whether you agree or not, these laws continue to exist and apply in every facet of our lives. They are very simple and yet powerful. Some of the laws are:-

THE LAW OF THINKING – You become what you think about. The Universe will create the circumstances around you and bring people together to manifest the predominant thought in your mind.

THE LAW OF SUPPLY – There is more Supply than Demand – it is just a matter of Tapping into the source and the Supply becomes visible. The demand of travel faster across the globe, created the supply to the airways. The demand of more shops to cater the growing population – created the shopping malls.

THE LAW OF ATTRACTION – This is a secondary Law to the Law of Vibration. Everything vibrates at a particular frequency. It is through these vibrations, we attract things, people, circumstances towards us.

THE LAW OF RECEIVING – What you put out comes back. As you sow, so shall you reap. The Law of receiving explains that you will get (money, health, relations etc) directly in proportion to what you put out.

THE LAW OF INCREASE – This Universe is expanding since the Big Bang and everything is moving in an upward spiral – and so is your desire. As Bob says – Never be satisfied with what you have. You should be happy with what you have, but never be satisfied – as we are designed that way. We are here to GROW.

THE LAW OF COMPENSATION – The more service you provide to others the larger compensation you will receive.

THE LAW OF NON-RESISTANCE – Energy flows to and through you. Any blocks in the path of this Energy will cause a resistance and will stop the good coming into your life. Understand this law and create a channel for the greater good to flow in.

THE LAW OF FORGIVENESS – Forgive others for their mistakes – Forgive yourself for your mistakes. The more you dwell upon the mistakes and criticise others or yourself, the deeper you will be stuck in the problem.

THE LAW OF SACRIFICE – Sacrifice is when we let go something of a lower nature to receive something of higher nature

THE LAW OF OBEDIENCE – If you work with the Laws and respect the Laws, you will be rewarded will all the good that you desired, without facing any difficulty.

THE LAW OF SUCCESS – You will be successful, no matter what you do. Nature knows no failures. You have all that is required within you. All you need is to gain the right understanding of the principles and laws upon which success is based and then apply the right methods of operation these causes until the success is earned.

THE LAW OF CAUSE AND EFFECT – Everything happens for a reason; for every effect there is a specific cause. This law says that achievement, wealth, happiness, prosperity and business success are all the direct and indirect effects or results of specific causes or actions.

THE LAW OF SUBSTITUTION-   This law says that any point in time, the mind can hold only one thought at a time. It means you can either hold a positive thought or a negative thought. You can substitute any negative thought with a positive thought and hold onto this for some time. Successful people are always optimistic and very positive in their life because they always think what they want to achieve and how to achieve it.

How to create a new Habit – Step by Step Plan

  1. Come up with a plan. Take 1 week to analyze your behaviors, pick a trigger, plan out how you’ll overcome your obstacles, pick the time of day you’ll implement habit, plan who your support network will be, and decide what your motivations are.
  2. Pick only ONE small, positive habit — just 5 minutes to start with. You will expand it later, but start as small as possible. This is extremely important. If you can do the first week without missing a day, you can increase it to 10 minutes, then 15 minutes the third week, etc.
  3. Mentally Rehearse your positive habit – Mind cannot be controlled. It has to be tricked. You have to mentally rehearse the new habit once you get up in the morning. If possible, more the mental rehearsal, more is the success.
  4. Do the habit immediately after the next 4-6 weeks. Build in reminders. Try never to skip it. The more consistent you are, the stronger the habit.
  5. Build in positive feedback . Focus on enjoyment, make it a game, create competition, do it with a partner or group if possible.
  6. Report daily to a social group (blog, Twitter, Facebook, email, or friends at work), use them for support when things get difficult. When you feel like not doing the habit, have one or more people you can call on for help.
  7. Test, Adjust, Iterate Immediately . When you start a habit change, you are testing an approach, and it is very possible it will fail … this is good information, and you should use it to adjust your approach, and retry as soon as possible.

Unconventional Habits of highly Effective People

Unconventional habits of Highly Effective People # 1 – Meditate

Get ready folks for 21 – 12- 2012. This is the end of Dakshinayana – southern run of the sun in relation to earth(surely not the world). Uttarayana starts the next day(northern run of the sun) and the human beings are stepping into a new phase of spiritual ascension. Just meditate for the next 90 days to enhance your will power, receive the grace & positive energy. Regular meditation increases grey matter in the prefrontal cortex, which governs decision-making. Over time, you’ll greatly improve your ability to avoid distractions and stay focused on the task at hand. The next 90 days after 21st Dec is one of the very best time for meditation in the history of mankind.

Unconventional Habits of highly successful people # 2-Optimize Your Morning Ritual

How you spend your first waking hour sets the tone for the rest of your day. This can be done through meditation, visualization, physical activity, prayer, reading, practicing gratitude, yoga, journaling, or even taking a walk around the block.Do you want MORE in your life. Invest 15-30 minutes daily for yourself first!

Unconventional Habit of Highly effective People # 3-Visualize Your Ideal Day

It is common practice among elite athletes to visualize their performance before game-time. Golf legend Tiger woods once said, “I never hit a shot, not even in practice, without having a very sharp, in-focus picture of it in my mind.” You can use the same strategy to increase your productivity. First, get clear on what you want to accomplish during the day, then visualize yourself going through the different activities swiftly and efficiently. Once you open your eyes, you’ll be ready to make your own day a masterful performance.

Unconventional Habits of highly effective people# 4 – Get up Early

“The Sun has never caught me in my bed” says Thomas Jefferson. One of the habits of success is that of early rising. Successful people get up a little bit earlier, read and prepare, plan and organize their day on paper in advance, and get going before the average person has even started. Tomorrow is 21st Dec’12, get up early to see that it is not the end of the world, but for you, a new day, a new beginning has started. Make this your success Habit!

Unconventional Habit of highly effective people # 5 – Be Grateful
Shawn Anchor, the author of Happiness Advantage reveals that our brain performs up to 30% better when we’re feeling happy. A simple way to boost your happiness level is to take a few seconds every hour to think about the things you’re grateful for. This can be anything, from your health, to your access to food, the internet, your family, your friends, the beautiful weather, your pets, etc. Really feel the gratitude and you’ll be both happier and more productive. I love the gratitude postings from my partner Ignatius Raphael. I’m happy and grateful to have him as my spiritual companion.
